Placed an order back in March and it's July and still haven't received my order they sent it but never received anything called and talked to D. Carter and he won't respond to my emails or calls so now I'm out of $240 and no work jeans very disappointed
I ordered items that were shown in stock. When, after they had still not shipped a week later, I called to find out what the issue was. The Customer Service representative was polite, but had no answers as to the issue. He was able to prioritize my order to ship the next business day however. It did ship as promised, but has been in transit now for nearly 2 weeks. So, three weeks total and still without the items ordered. Definitely not customer focused.

Their page said all of the items I ordered would ship in one or two days. 9 days later they still hadn't shipped. That's when I saw this site and the bad reviews. So emailed and asked them to cancel my order and refund my money since it hadn't even shipped. They canceled the order but it's been several days and they still haven't processed the refund. Then they sent me a return authorization saying they would refund my order as soon as they received the items back from me that they "shipped". They have still not shipped my items or refunded my money. They have a serious problem with honesty and upper management. These kind of consistent problems don't happen when there is good leadership.
Don't order from this company if you need your stuff in time. They take too long. Let go of the free shipping. It's not worth it. Not good for business.
I received my order promptly, but the shirt was too big. Many companies will provide a return label, which, even if the customer has to pay the return shipping, it will be at the rate negotiated by the company. Not Full Source -- on your own, and you will pay the USPS full rate.
It has been 2 weeks since I purchased from this site, and they still have not shipped my order. I recommend you to NOT buy from them. They do not communicate with you, they do not ship in a timely manner and they really do not care. It takes you forever to get thru to an actual person, when you call. I finally got a person to cancel my order and they never even asked why... in my opinion, they don't care why. This is not good business! I will never purchase from Full Source again... EVER
Its been 3 weeks since Ive ordered my work shirts. I had to contact customer service to find out where they were. All that CS could tell me is that they were undeliverable to my business that has been at our location for 15 years. I never got a notification as to the status of my order. Pending a refund. May have to write another review if something goes wrong with that. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
I was skeptical because of the low rating but I took a chance and I am so glad I did. My order was correct and was delivered quickly. The website was easy to use and the reviews on the clothing really helped me make decisions. I will definitely order from FullSource again.
Lacks communication and my items finally showed up 2 months later! I have been working to try and return the items and no one will call me back after leaving messages. The Port & Company are nothing like what I ordered from Jiffy and All Day shirts~ very disappointed in products and customer service.
Before Christmas, I ordered a liner hoping it would fit in my husband's jacket given to him by his company. I received it in a timely manner, however, the zippers don't match, so it doesn't work. It took me a while to locate the invoice, if you can call it that. And there is nothing noted on how to return anything. I finally called today, unfortunately past their 30 day return policy and was told there was nothing they could do. Nothing. I would have been happy to mail it back to them for even a partial refund, or better yet, an exchange. The liner I have has nothing wrong with it. I can do nothing with this liner. I do believe they could sell it to someone else. These days many companies are honoring returns longer than their original policies because of the epidemic. It would have been nice if they tried a little to help me. I work in sales and customer service and the right to return something (no matter how long it's been) is very important to me. I will not use this company again.
I couldn't find what I wanted in a pocket T-shirt locally for a price I wanted to spend, so I decided to look online. I found Full Source and saw a really good selection and good prices, so I bought 11 shirts. They arrived within a few days, and the shirts are good quality. I wouldn't hesitate to buy again or to recommended them to anybody else.
Absolutely horrible, order some work boots and they were taking incredibly long to ship so I called to cancel the order and the person I spoke to from customer service said I'd receive a cancellation email shortly, but I never did so I emailed them a few days later and still no response I am going to call again and email them again until they actually answer, confirm my cancellation, and give me my money back!
I have been pleased with the response to the orders I have placed with Full Source thus far.
